- Before soldering, connect a charging cable to test the display — only proceed once the screen lights up.
- Solder battery leads directly to the B+ and B− pads. Do not use twisted wires, crocodile clips, or spring connectors — these cause insufficient power supply.
- Connect batteries in parallel only. Series connection will damage the mainboard. Use 3.7V lithium-ion cells only — lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) is NOT compatible.
- No additional battery protection circuit is needed; the board has built-in protection.
- Thoroughly test all functions (output, fast-charge input, buttons, display) before closing the snap-fit casing. Run several charge–discharge cycles to confirm correct operation.
- Secure batteries with adhesive tape and verify thickness compatibility with the housing before final assembly.
