Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What sizes are available for the RAKKS Boho Floral Area Rug?
A: The rug comes in 9 sizes ranging from 40×60 cm (small accent rug) up to 230×160 cm (large area rug), making it suitable for any room size — from a cozy entryway to a spacious living room or bedroom.
Q: Is the RAKKS Crystal Velvet Rug safe for hardwood and laminate floors?
A: Yes! The rug features a PVC backing embedded with non-slip particles that provide a secure grip on hardwood, tile, laminate, and other smooth floor surfaces, helping prevent slipping and movement.
Q: How do I clean and care for this floral print carpet?
A: This rug is hand washable. It is fade-resistant and shed-free, making maintenance straightforward. Simply hand wash, allow to dry thoroughly, and avoid exposing the back side to prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the PVC backing.
Q: Will the rug arrive with creases or fold marks?
A: Due to international shipping requirements, rugs are folded before dispatch and may arrive with slight creases. These will naturally flatten out over time — you can speed up the process by laying the rug flat and placing a heavy object on the creased areas for a short period.
