Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How far away can I use the remote control watering timer?
A: The remote control has an effective range of up to 50 meters in open, unobstructed space. If there are walls, fences, or other obstacles between the remote and the timer, the range may be reduced and a slight delay may occur.
Q: What batteries does the remote control garden irrigation kit require?
A: The watering timer requires 2 × AA alkaline batteries, and the remote control requires 1 × 12V/23A dry battery. Please note that batteries are NOT included with the kit. Do not mix different battery types (alkaline, carbon-zinc, or rechargeable nickel-cadmium).
Q: Can I adjust where the atomizing nozzles spray?
A: Yes! Each 20cm nozzle features a built-in aluminium alloy flexible tube that can be bent and locked into any position across a full 360° range. This makes it easy to target exactly the plants, beds, or patio areas you want to mist or water.
Q: Is this irrigation kit suitable for use in rain or wet conditions?
A: The system carries an IP55 weather-resistance rating, which means it is protected against dust and water splashes from any direction — making it well-suited for general outdoor use. However, it is designed for cold water outdoor use only and should not be used with hot water or submerged.
