What's in the Box

  • Wire Feeding Machine – 1 Set
  • Wire Filling Gun – 1 pc
  • Wire Feeding Wheel – 1 pc
  • Wire Feeding Mouth – 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.6 mm V-groove (one of each)

Compatible Wire Types & Sizes

Works with stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and alloy welding wire in the following diameters: 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm, and 2.0 mm.

Note: Aluminum wire is compatible up to 2.0 mm. Harder wire types (stainless steel, carbon steel, iron wire) are supported up to 1.6 mm. Accommodates wire coils/spools up to 15 kg.

Key Features

  1. Stable, Low-Speed Feed – Consistent wire delivery even at low speeds, ideal for thin-plate welding work.
  2. 4-Wheel Drive System – Wires are routed inside the machine to keep them clean and free from contamination.
  3. Digital Control Panel – More precise and repeatable settings compared to traditional dial/button systems.
  4. Anti-Stick Function – Adjustable delayed arc cut-off after wire stop feeding prevents wire from sticking to the workpiece.
  5. Continuous or Pulse Feeding – Select the mode that best matches your welding technique and material requirements.
  6. Spot Welding Mode – Simply switch to "no feeding" mode for spot welding — no re-configuration needed.
  7. 360° Adjustable Aluminum Feeding Tip Holder – Lightweight tip holder rotates fully for optimal positioning in any welding orientation.
  8. Dual Arc Start Modes – Choose to feed wire before striking the arc, or strike the arc first then begin feeding.
  9. Automatic Wire Retraction – Excess wire is automatically drawn back at the press of a button — no manual trimming required.
  10. Welder Sync Compatible – Can be synchronized with your existing TIG welding unit for seamless operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What wire types and diameters is the WF-007A automatic wire feeder compatible with?

A: The WF-007A TIG wire feeder is compatible with stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and alloy welding wire. Supported wire diameters range from 0.6 mm up to 2.0 mm. Note that aluminum wire can be used up to 2.0 mm, while harder wire types such as stainless steel and carbon steel are supported up to 1.6 mm.

Q: Can the WF-007A wire feeder be synchronized with my existing TIG welder?

A: Yes. The WF-007A is designed to sync with compatible TIG welding units, allowing for seamless coordinated operation. It also offers two arc start modes — you can choose to begin feeding wire before striking the arc, or start the arc first and then initiate wire feeding, giving you full control over your welding sequence.

Q: What does the digital control panel on the WF-007A wire feeder do?

A: The digital control panel allows you to precisely set wire feed speed (0–700 cm/min), pulse timing, delayed start, back-drawing time, and delayed power-off time — all with ±1% speed accuracy. This level of precision is significantly better than traditional analog dial systems, ensuring consistent and repeatable weld results every time.

Q: Does this wire feeder work for both continuous and pulse feeding applications?

A: Absolutely. The WF-007A supports both continuous wire feeding and pulse (pulsating) feeding modes. Pulse timing is fully adjustable from 0 to 10 seconds for both pause and feed intervals, making it versatile for a wide range of TIG welding techniques and material thicknesses.
